Hello.
I seem to be having a few technical difficulties with JAWS 8.0, having hust had to reboot this laptop completely then reinstall JAWS 8 (latest version btw) all over again, meaning I lost internet explorer for a week, due to picking up some sort of worm and also, we moved to Sky Broadband, which could possibly be the reason my favourite keystrokes/commands aren't working properly. for example, I press control Home to go to the top of a webpage, nothing happens, I press Shift Tab which is sumeant to move you up a link as tab on its own moves you down a link, but nothing's happening when I do this. Why? Any suggestions as to what I could try to get those key commands working again, please, let me know ASAP.

Update to jaws 9. that might help.
Not having so many problems with JAWS now, but I Emailed FS and also opened up keyboard manager to try and fix a new short cut for "prior link" but it didn't like me resetting ShiftTab, so I've just had to scrub it. I don't really want to put mum and Grandad through yet another JAWS installation, so I'd much rather stick with 8, though I might order the JAWS 9 CDs in the meantime so next time if we need to reboot or JAWS goes down beyond repair, I'll upgrade then.
